Sachie Kikuchi is a multilingual (EN/FR/JP/SCT) Japanese producer turned motion designer based in a cosy village on the French-Swiss border. She specialises in styleframe design for concept and pitching and extends her flair to branding and marketing. With a passion for hand-crafted design, she focuses on creating an atmosphere that sets the mood of stories. Her goal is always to create something that lasts longer than the moment, find uniqueness in the ordinary, and bring a creative spark to the lives of others. She loves finding meaning in things and thrives in a small-knit team and close collaboration, like a jam session.

After spending over 15 years working on set, she discovered the joy of design during the Covid-19 pandemic and boldly changed direction from on-set production work to motion design. Without prior knowledge of Photoshop or After Effects, she decided to change her path.

Her background is a bit eclectic—from selling diamonds while interning at a media art archive in Amsterdam to working for multinational companies and international entities (i.e., Intel, NATO, UEFA, including the European song contest we don’t mention) to documentaries and music videos. Armed with a multicultural background and creative juice soaked up on set, along with formal education in literature and film, she gets inspiration from random places.
