Unshared, unspoken, unseen.
I visualise them as image sequences, finding traces in ordinary surroundings, fading moments, and the feeling linguring around people.
After completing my education in film and literature in England, I couldn't fit the script waiting for me in Japan. I ended up in Amsterdam, interning at the national media art institute researching installations by artists such as Nan Hoover, Fiona Tan, and
Marina Abramović while selling diamonds on the side.
Shaped by Japanese cultural sensibility and life across European cities, I gravitate toward things that carry time. Objects, surfaces, materials with human residue and layered meaning.
I've been working worldwide across entertainment and culture, collaborating with studios like Sarofsky and yU+co.
Currently based in a village near the French-Swiss border, working from a Geneva office.
Long-term collaboration matters more to me than one-off sparks.
